RD Architects was established following the completion of our own house ‘Trees’ which won Grand Designs ‘Best New Home 2008’ and The Daily Telegraph ‘House of the Year 2008’. Since then we have designed numerous houses either through replacement dwelling policy or planning betterment following Class Q Permitted Development approval. We have 100% planning success rate and work closely with our Clients to create bespoke sustainable homes that sit timelessly within the landscape. We are particularly proud of the relationships we develop with our Clients and work closely with them to ensure our designs fulfil their functional requirements and create beautiful spaces that enhance their lives.
