GREENBELT PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT

The brief was to extend and re-model a chalet bungalow in the Bristol Green Belt.

The Client wanted more space than allowable under Planning Policy so we looked to utilise Permitted Development rights to create an 8m deep full width rear extension , two side extensions and a stand alone garden office. The increased area more than doubles the size of the house.
