Jim Dyer

Jim Dyer is a qualified Architect and member of ARB whose passion is to deliver high quality, contemporary, contextual, cost-effective and sustainable developments.

With more than 20-years experience working in the architectural, construction and development industry Jim has a unique skill-set to offer Clients.

From actually building a house for a Client on a remote Scottish island, to working in architectural practice in Hong Kong for 5 years, Jim then returned to London in 1998 to work with Nicholas Grimshaw and Partners on the Grade II Listed Wapping Pumping Station and Paddington Station Transport Interchange projects . In 2000 Jim elected to widen his experience by moving into the construction industry and worked with Kajima Construction Europe, Design-Managing prestigious bank headquarter buildings and Project Managing Phase 1 of the - Stirling Prize winning - 300no. unit Accordia residential development project in Cambridge.

With the aim of completing the design, construction and development ‘career loop’ Jim then joined Crest Nicholson Regeneration in 2007 as the Bristol Harbourside Project Executive responsible for the Client-Side Project and Development Management of 550no. apartments and public realm with a cost of £100m .
